Brittany and Rohan first met in 2014 in Sparta High School's marching band. They became close when they were both captains for the brass section. Rohan played the trumpet and Brittany played the mellophone and they both had solos during their West Side Story performance. After taking the SAT's, Rohan mustered up the courage to ask Brittany to be his girlfriend. Hesitantly, Brittany said yes. Graduation brought bittersweet feelings. Brittany was off to Purdue University in Indiana, while Rohan finished his senior year at Sparta High. Long distance tested their connection, but their love was stronger than the miles between them. After he graduated, Rohan also decided to become a Boilermaker. College life brought countless adventures: late-night study sessions, laughter-filled weekends with friends, and even helping Brittany navigate her physics classes on the road to becoming an engineer. Post-college life introduced another long-distance chapter. Rohan worked at Boeing in Philadelphia, Brittany at Beyond Meat in Los Angeles. The year apart was hard, but it couldn’t dim their love. Eventually, Rohan moved to LA, where they began building a home together, complete with a mischievous orange cat who became the newest member of their little family. After more than a decade together, Brittany and Rohan’s love is as strong and joyful as the day they first met—built on laughter, adventures, and choosing each other every single day.
