Kim was out to Mexican food (her favorite) with Chelsea and Megan, her two girl friends. When they mentioned that their cousin might stop by after his date! After some drinks and food they were finishing up and Chelsea and Megan’s Cousin showed up. Kim was shocked at how attractive he was. Joe felt similarly. The two chatted for the rest of the evening and planned a date for the next weekend.

Kim thought they were celebrating their two year anniversary with a weekend in Providence. Joe had other plans. Joe decided to redo their first date with a few upgrades. Joe proposed with a photographer in waiting at Ceremony, The tea house where they started their first date. Kim of course said “YES” and the two went on to eat, drink, and celebrate with the assistance of a private driver Joe had hired for the night.
