Where is the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Woods Retreat in Orono. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. We suggest arriving between 4:30 and 4:45 PM to grab a seat and get settled.

Where should I park?

Answer

On-site parking will be available. You may leave your car overnight at the venue but it must be picked up by noon the following day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal. We encourage you to dress up, but most importantly, be comfortable and ready to celebrate! For footwear, keep in mind the venue includes outdoor steps and patio areas so you may want to avoid stilettos.

Will food & drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! A full buffet dinner will be served, along with an open bar and late-night snacks.
