Dear Family and Friends, As you all know, last year we made the difficult decision to postpone our 9/12/20 wedding and have a small, intimate ceremony on 10/10/20. If you missed out or just want to re-live an awesome time, head on over to the photos page to see some shots from the day! We were so pleased with our day that we've now decided to cancel our large reception at Springfield Manor. We will be holding a small, private ceremony on 9/11/21 this year to read our vows. Tu and Colin's story began on their first day of college in the Summer of 2010. Colin, decked out head to toe in his Redskins swag, introduced himself with some lackluster jokes. Tu was less than impressed. Months went by with hardly a glance in each other's direction until one day in Calculus when Tu caught Colin's eye. Everything clicked and Colin knew the girl down the hall was the girl for him. After some long study hours, persistent efforts, and plenty of help from their friends, Tu finally decided to give Colin a chance. Over the next 9 years, Tu and Colin grew a lot. They graduated together, bought a house, and traveled to near and far away places including Zion National Park, Ireland and all the way to Vietnam. All of those years of love and laughter culminated in a trip to Joshua Tree in January 2019. After an unexpectedly tumultuous hike up Ryan Mountain, an exhausted Colin got down on one knee and asked Tu to spend the rest of her life with him. She said yes, and now after over 10 years of meeting each other, Tu and Colin are getting married this year! We are so excited for this next chapter to begin! #Coluadventures
