Yes! Everything will be taking place at the Rogers farm in Rochester. Drinks, snacks, and lawn games will keep you busy during the cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception!
Yes! There is lots of room for campers at the farm. If you plan on bringing a trailer, let us know when you RSVP and we will give you further instructions.
For your convenience, we have reserved rooms at the Westlock Inn. Book under the Rogers/Archer wedding! There are other hotel options in Westlock, however, the shuttle will be picking up/dropping off at the Westlock Inn.
We will be organizing a shuttle to bring guests to the farm and back to Westlock. Shuttle pick up and drop off will be at the Westlock Inn. Pick up times will be decided at a later date.
The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before to allow time for parking and finding your seat!
There is no dress code! We want everyone to wear whatever makes them comfortable! Use it as a reason to dress up, or keep it casual, but keep in mind our ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be taking place in a tent, so dress for the weather we may have on the day of :)
No cash required! There will be an open bar throughout the day and night.
