Is there a Dress Code?

Fall Cocktail or Dressy Casual is recommended. Blankets and firepits will be around to stay warm given it will be late October.

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Given the wedding will be late October, weather won't be above 60degF and will be fairly cool once the sun sets. Potential for rain. The venue has indoor/outdoor options for the Ceremony and covered space, with firepits and fireplaces to keep warm during Cocktail Hour, if the Reception space needs to be changed over for dinner. Prepare accordingly.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! Lots, easy private parking at the venue. The road does become a gravel/dirt road once it gets closer to the tree farm.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes! There will be an area in the upstairs part of the house that will be great for kids to play, toys/entertainment will be set up for them to enjoy. Plenty of space indoor and outdoors for them to run around!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! The invitation is addressed including a known significant other or as guest. Enjoy yourselves!

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

No, not necessary. The ceremony and reception are located at the same location.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes!! Cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception with dinner to follow. Wine from a favorite local winery, PNW beers, and a signature cocktail will be served!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please email either Adam (arog4444@yahoo.com) or Danielle (danielle.mccauley@hotmail.com) and we can include a note to the caterer up to two weeks prior to the wedding, 13 Oct 2018.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Yes!! We'll have a DJ playing some of our favorite music and helping the night go by smoothly :)
