We met at a house party and spent our night chatting, and we just clicked. We spoke about our New Years plans and after a couple of dates and some really good concerts, we decided to spend New Years in Cusco, Peru with a group of friends. A few days after we started dating. The way we felt for each other was hard to explain. We made each other smile in a special kind of way. We knew this feeling was forever!

The proposal took place on the morning of June 1st in the middle of Forsyth Park in Savannah, GA, a magical park filled with beautiful oak trees. The morning was perfect, the sun was out, and the surprise was planned. Roger brought Daniela to a gorgeous surprise picnic set up and using a custom blanket and her favorite chocolate-covered strawberry Roger got on to one knee and proposed... and of course, Daniela said yes!
