We're Getting Married!

It all began in October of 2018 when Rogelio started working at Target. Jenifer was in management at the time, just finishing up her shift as he arrived for his very first day. Rogelio, a bit nervous, approached her and asked where he needed to go. Neither of them could have guessed that this simple exchange would be the beginning of something truly special. Over the following months, their paths continued to cross. What started as casual conversations and occasional hangouts soon blossomed into a genuine friendship—and eventually, something much deeper. In June of 2019, shortly after Rogelio made the decision to leave Target, the two of them took a leap of faith and officially began dating. It didn’t take long for both Jenifer and Rogelio to realize they had found something rare. They spent the next year exploring new places, creating memories, and growing even closer. Every moment together felt like an adventure, filled with laughter and love. By 2020, they were ready for the next big step—buying their first home together. Soon after settling in, they welcomed a new member to their family: a lovable pug named Obee, who quickly stole both of their hearts. As Jenifer watched Rogelio care for their new pup and navigate life’s ups and downs with such warmth and devotion, she saw just how big his heart truly was. He proved time and again to be one of the most compassionate, gentle, and selfless people she had ever known. Very early in their relationship, Jenifer knew in her heart that she wanted to spend forever with Rogelio. Rogelio knew he wanted to be with Jenifer forever as well. There was never a moment of doubt that they were meant to build a life together. Throughout the years, they’ve supported each other unconditionally—through every challenge and every triumph. Rogelio became Jenifer’s rock, and she became his. Then came her birthday last year—an unforgettable day that would change everything. While celebrating with family at a cookout, the group began singing “Happy Birthday.” As Jenifer turned to take it all in, a box nearby suddenly opened to release balloons carrying the words, “Will you marry me?” Stunned, she turned to find Rogelio down on one knee. In that moment, surrounded by love and joy, she said yes to forever. It was perfect—the beginning of their next chapter. Now, as Jenifer and Rogelio prepare to say “I do,” they couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this milestone with those they hold dearest.
