Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the 16th floor Sky Terrace at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa. Cocktail Hour will commence within a hybrid indoor/outdoor space, followed by the Reception indoors.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Room blocks are available at the Hyatt as well as the Residence Inn at a discounted rate. The Bride and Groom highly recommend booking at either hotel for easy access to and from the Wedding Weekend events. Please reference "Hankin Turner Wedding" when booking directly with either hotel.

Can I extend my stay under the wedding room block?

Answer

Yes! Please contact the Hyatt or Residence Inn directly to book for additional nights under our wedding room block rate. (Additional nights before 5/28/26 and beyond 6/1/26 not guaranteed)

How far is the Welcome Party from the hotels?

Answer

3 Daughters Brewing Clearwater Beach is a 10-minute walk from the Hyatt and Residence Inn.

What is the dress code for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Formal Cocktail Attire. Gentlemen - Ties are optional. Jackets required. No white suits or dresses, please.

Are children invited to attend?

Saturday's wedding events are for invited guests only.

Is there any alternate transportation?

Answer

Uber and Lyft as well as the Clearwater Beach Trolley are also available.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP for all Wedding Weekend events by April 15th. Room block rates at the Hyatt and Residence Inn are valid until April 29th, subject to availability.
