Best Man
Having met in first grade, Cody has truly been part of Brett's life for more than 20 years. Very much the 4th brother in the family, there isn't much the two haven't been through. Through the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between Brett has been able to count on him for anything and everything. Earliest memory: First Grade sharing gold fish at snack time.
Groomsman
Brett's older brother. Taylor was the guinea pig child. Thankfully the parents figured "it" out with him. Brett looked up to Taylor from a young age and many firsts happened with Taylor by his side. Earliest Memory: Being tormented while being babysat on our parents date nights.
Groomsman and JOP
Brad and Brett meet in 3rd Grade and grew up playing hockey together. From the early morning practices through high school and into adulthood Brad and Brett have been friends through it all. Today they enjoy hiking, scuba diving, motorcycling and more together. Earliest memory: Brads dad Chad coming to our third grade class and introducing him self as "Im Chad, Brads dad. Brads dad Chad."
Groomsman
Kristopher is Brett's younger brother. Often refereed to as the Golden Child he will tell you how he is the perfect son and that is why there are no other younger siblings in the family. Earliest memory: Smacking him in the head with a telephone on day one of Kristopher's life.
Groomsman
Scott is Sarah's older brother. He is an educator and loves to travel. Having grown up with two younger sisters, Scott has developed the patience of a saint. Scott was not the typical older brother, being out numbered, he had no choice but to go with what his two sisters determined to be the best course of action. Despite this getting him into trouble, Scott loves Sarah and Laura very much.
Father of the Groom
Kurt is the father of Brett and you can thank him for raising such a handsome, witty, and strong young man. Kurt provided the example not just of how to be a good man but how to be a caring, thoughtful, grounded, and respectful human. Many hours were spent together building life experiences and growing the bond between father and son. Today Brett works with his father at the family business that Kurt has spend his adult years building. Not all family can work together but these two certainly have found a way.
Mother of the Groom
Courtney is Brett's mother. She is a Harley riding bad ass. Growing up she was always looking for new adventure with her boys. From the "too sick to go to school" skiing days she planned to driving like a mad women from one hockey game to the next, Courtney was always able to be counted on for a good time. She has taught Brett many things through childhood and adult life. Things such as forgiveness, love, and perseverance are all qualities she has shown and shared.
Ring Bearer
These two knuckleheads are Sarah's Nephews. Brett takes no responsibility for them or the things they do. That said, these two kids will steal your heart with their goofiness and laughter. They will truly be the hit of the party once it gets started. With their dashing good looks, killer dance moves, unending quest to dominate the conversation, and "I am always right" attitudes they will win over anyone they meet.
Maid of Honor
Laura is Sarah's older sister. These two have had the privilege of creating memories for 34 years. From waking up early to play Barbies or Laura using Sarah as her personal doll and testing out endless hair styles on her. Sarah is Laura's biggest cheerleader, from ballet recitals to soccer games to band competitions and now to her being an amazing mother to JJ and Wesley. Regardless of their height difference, Sarah looks up to her older sister (even though Laura made her sit in the car when registering for college, because everyone thought Sarah was the college freshman , not Laura).
Bridesmaid
Zoe and Sarah met at the American Girl Doll Hair Salon. After a night of forcing Zoe to hang out, is where this friendship began to blossom. Their friendship grew over clothes, boys, Mexican food and wine. From countless trips to the casino, to dancing the night away, fashion week in NYC, and planning birthday surprises for each other, Sarah and Zoe have developed an unbreakable bond. Zoe moved to San Diego, CA to live a life in the sun! The distance has only helped make their friendship stronger than ever.
Bridesmaid
Melissa and Sarah meet on Bumble BFF (Sarah clearly has a trend to meeting people on apps). These two bonded over their families, life goals, and traveling. While she might be one of Sarah's newer friends, this hasn't stopped her from becoming an awesome one. Melissa is Sarah's voice of reason and there is no holding back when an opinion is needed.
Bridesmaid
Caroline is one of Sarah's dearest friends, who she met in college. They bonded over chocolate chip muffins while talking about boys. From there, Caroline and Sarah have created memories from endless shopping trips, adventures to the beach, and weekends away to visit Nantucket. Caroline has been through thick and thin with Sarah and it has created an amazing life long friendship.
Parents of the Bride
Donald and Susan have been married for 45+ years and have raised 3 amazing children. Over the years, Donald and Susan have built a loving home, instilled a strong work ethic, and have shown how strong and loving a marriage can be to their children. They have shown their children how to work hard while still enjoying the small things that make life matter.
