While road-tripping from Barcelona, Brooke and Tom stumbled upon the pastel seaside town of Collioure—a place they hadn’t planned to find but instantly fell in love with. Wandering its cobblestone streets, sharing rosé by the water, and watching the sun turn the town blush pink, they felt something shift.
