Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we both love kiddos and all the fun they bring, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only event. We look forward to having our guests relax and enjoy an evening of celebration while the little ones stay home and party with the babysitter!
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our special day! Dress code is cocktail/semi-formal. No jeans please! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn of the venue followed immediately by cocktail hour on the patio. The reception will be inside the open-air pavilion. Please select footwear accordingly as the terrain is likely to be uneven.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to the size of our guest list and available space at the venue, only those guests listed on your invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, this would be indicated on your invite as "and guest." Thank you for your understanding!
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be shuttle service from The Country Trails Inn & Suites in Preston, MN as well as a central pickup point in downtown Lanesboro, MN for guests prior to the wedding ceremony and following the reception. More information to come regarding shuttle times and precise location for pick up/drop off locations as we get closer to the wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Should you decide to drive and park at the wedding, a parking lot is located directly on site adjacent to the venue. Please know in the event you utilize the shuttle at the end of the night, cars may be left overnight at the venue. All vehicles must be off the venue property by noon on Sunday, August 25th.

Can I bring in outside alcohol to the wedding?
Answer
Don't worry...we promise the bartenders will keep the drinks flowing to fuel your awesome dance moves! However, due to venue policy and regulations NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted to be brought onto the premise.
