What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that you please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to ensure everyone has found a seat and to keep our timeline running smoothly!

What is the dress code?

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside paired with an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, followed by our indoor reception.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We absolutely love kids, but for this celebration, we’re only able to include the children named on the invitation. We so appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Can I take photos or videos?

Answer

We are requesting an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this special moment with us. We will have professional photographers and videographers capturing this special moment and would like to avoid cell phones or other devices being in the footage. After the ceremony, please feel free to take all the photos and videos you want! We will also have a photo booth for you to take pictures from as well.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, we will have one charter bus that will be provided from our hotel block at Hotel Petersburg to the venue. Please plan accordingly. The bus will only take one trip and it only holds 55 people. You may only take the bus if you are staying at the hotel. It will leave from the hotel at 3:15pm.

Will there be parking at the venue?

There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving! Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Can I smoke at the venue?

Answer

There is no smoking allowed on the venue property. If you must smoke, please go to the parking lot to do so and dispose of the cigarette buds appropriately. Thank you!
