What should I know about seating at the ceremony?
Answer
Due to limited space at the Stanley Park Rose Garden, seating will be limited. Only a small number of chairs will be available, with several reserved for immediate family. We kindly ask guests to arrive early if they prefer a seat.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages available during the reception. Please bring cash if you’d like to enjoy drinks.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Answer
NO! We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartender service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
We’re going paperless! Please submit your RSVP through our wedding website by clicking the RSVP tab above - paper RSVPs will not be provided.

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by August 10th, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you)

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify the bride or groom as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

What does “dressy casual” mean?
Answer
We’d love for everyone to look a little dressed up, but not too formal! Dresses, skirts or dress pants with a nice top are perfect for women, and dress shirts with nice pants for men. No need for suits or gowns — just come looking your best and ready to celebrate! Please avoid: Sweatpants, hoodies, mini dresses, mini skirts, crop tops, or anything too casual or revealing.

What color are the bridesmaid's wearing?

All of my beautiful bridesmaids and my handsome bridesman will be wearing sage green.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 3:45pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors. The ceremony will be held on a grassy area, so please wear appropriate shoes.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking available at both the ceremony venue and the reception venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely -please fill out the form for any allergy-related concerns/requests. The form will be available when the formal invitations are sent out.
