What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Please note once the ceremony begins the doors will be closed until the end of the ceremony so please arrive promptly.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see you all dressed up! We ask that all guests wear semi-formal attire. For the guys suits or button up with dress pants. For the ladies long or cocktail dresses are perfect. Please no jeans and sneakers.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at the same location and will be outdoors.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
It is in August so it will be on the warmer side but since it is up in the mountains it should be 10-15 degrees cooler. Paper fans will also be provided for all guests.

How do I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Pond Oaks. The address is 6945 Mt Baldy Rd. Mt Baldy, CA 91759.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Parking is available in front of the venue and across the street. There will be staff onsite to direct and assist our guests with parking.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While your children hold a very special place in our hearts, we regretfully cannot accommodate those under the age of 12 at the venue due to venue limitations and restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you are still able to celebrate our special day with us.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be an open bar at our wedding and it will open once the ceremony has ended. Please keep in mind the venue is up the mountain and we want you all to be safe so please drink responsibly.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We want to be present with you on our special day. That's why we ask you to please keep your phones turned off and put away during the wedding ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos during the reception. We will happily share the photos that are captured during the ceremony with you afterward.
