Have you reserved room blocks?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at two hotels in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania as well as one hotel in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Information regarding the hotels can be found on our "Travel" page. Please book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee a room in one of our blocks.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, or if the room block has been filled, please reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway. Our recommended hotels may still be able to accommodate you. If you are unable to reserve a room at any of our recommended hotels, please reach out to us. We are happy to recommend additional hotels in the areas surrounding Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.

Will you be providing transportation for guests?

Answer

Shuttle services will be provided from our recommended hotels. We encourage guests to utilize our shuttle services as there will be no parking available at the venue.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. Tuxes or dark suits and floor length gowns are preferred.

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we are unable to accommodate children. We appreciate your understanding!
