The Freedom Trail is 2.5 miles long and includes countless historic sites along the red brick path through Boston and Charlestown. Chances are you will end up on it without even trying, but various tours also come highly rated.

Grab a treat from Tatte Bakery and head over to the beautiful Public Garden for stunning scenery.
The North End- Italian Neighborhood
Whether you're seeking a cannoli, an espresso martini, or carbonara, the North End has it. Tip: Bova's Bakery beats Mike's Pastry and Modern Pastry.
Emmets Irish Pub
Stop for an Irish coffee, a Guinness, or some fish and chips at Emmets, one of the most authentic Irish pubs in Boston and a go-to date spot for us.
Charles River Esplanade
Nothing beats a nice walk along the esplanade with or without stopping for a beer at the Night Shift Beer Garden.
Beacon Hill
Check out the shops along Charles St., snap a pic at Acorn St., and soak in the beauty of the brownstones in Sarah's old neighborhood.
