Due to Baltimore City COVID-19 restrictions on gatherings as well as additional regulations put in place by our wedding venue, we've had to change our original wedding celebration plans. We will be moving forward with a very small ceremony on June 5th. While we wish we could celebrate this special day in person with all of our friends and family, it is just not in the cards for us to safely do so. We would love for all of our loved ones to partake in our celebration virtually, and we will be posting a zoom link directly on this website. We hope to 'see' you on June 5th!
We are planning for a small outdoor ceremony starting promptly at 6:00 pm, followed by an indoor dinner reception with distanced seating for everyone's safety and comfort.
The Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore requires all guests to wear a mask for the entirety of the function, unless the guests are eating or drinking at their tables. In addition, temperature checks will be conducted for each guest upon arrival to the hotel and each guest will be presented a small pin to wear while in Hotel’s public and event space upon successful screening. If anyone’s temperature is above the threshold of 100.4F (38C), the guest will wait ten minutes prior to taking another temperature reading. If the second reading is above the threshold, they will not be allowed entry.
Yes. In addition to the temperature check, guests will be asked the following questions upon arrival: Have you had any of the following symptoms: fever, fatigue, congestion, runny note, cough, acute loss of taste or smell, or muscle aches that began in the last 72 hours? Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days? Are you awaiting results for a COVID-19 test? Have you been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or someone who is awaiting results for a COVID-19 test? Have you traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days?
