Hotel for day of wedding (09/01/23): This hotel will have transportation to pickup guests at 4:00pm and 4:40pm. Then the transport will pickup from the venue at 11pm and 2am. The link should already have the group code attached, just you will have to change the date for 9/1/2023 to 9/2/2023.

Hotel for days other than the wedding: We would love for you to spend some extra time with us in Charlotte to celebrate the wedding! To find discounted hotels for Marriott using Stephany's code "MMP" you will need to go to the website listed above. Put your destination in charlotte, (if you want a location near our home you can put our address, 3440 wilbury cir, charlotte nc as the destination). Click on the dates section and check the "my dates are flexible" box. Adjust the rooms & guests # (max rooms per person with code is 2). Click on the drop down that says "lowest regular rate" and check the box for "Corp/Promo Code" and Type in the code "MMP" then hit "Find Hotels". You will need to click through a few hotels because some of them may be booked up so this rate will be unavailable. In general this will give you discounted rates for hotels ranging anywhere from 20 to 150$ off depending hotel/dates/etc. Once you book the hotel you will need to let us know what name the hotel is under and we will send you an authorization form that you can print out and take with you to the hotel upon checking in, then boom discounted hotel room!
