It’s a we’ve been having so much fun since day one but we’re finally ready to step into the next chapter and we’d love to share that moment with you. This isn’t a traditional wedding with a formal ceremony etc but more a celebratory gathering with wedding aesthetics (Rodneys wearing a suit, the cake is 3-tier (which is far more than we need but I hate small slivers/no 2nds and the flowers are going to be GORGEOUS) but a let’s just dance, eat and have a good time sort of evening. Throughout planning we cut the fat and tried to focus on what matters most and is the most enjoyable for us and our guests. So whether you are able to join us on the dance floor or have to wish us blessings from afar know that we wouldn’t be where we are without your presence in our lives. This is as much a celebration of our love and the rest of our lives as a thank you to you!
Due to the timing of the wedding it could be gorgeous… or not. The venue itself is indoors but not heated/cool beyond what we bring in. 🙃 So layers are far more important than aesthetic. We’d rather you comfy than cute. This is a small, informal affair. Think over the top decorated celebration with a dinner party, dancing and a big fancy cake. So do whatever makes you happy!
Absolutely! Dinner and LOTS of desserts. *If you have any dietary restrictions or what not please let me know so we can make sure there’s something for you to enjoy ;)

That said we have a variety of accommodations both in Nashville (the town next to Brown County State Park where the venue is) and 40 minutes out where I live in Bloomington. We are approximately an hour to an hour and half depending if you choose to be near Brown County State Park/small quaint tourist friendly town Nashville or town with city amenities.
No but considering who we are, the location and the drive it’s not a rager either. We want people to be safe and smart. While we will offer sangria, wine and beer with dinner we won’t have free flowing booze throughout the night. That said we trust each of you, so if you byob just be considerate of others and don’t drive please.
