Jasmine and I met via social media in October 2019. I had been single for awhile and I decided to venture back into the dating world, so I tried online dating. I joined a dating group on Facebook and I started to mingle. After encountering everything I did not want in a partner I turned it over to God. I was specific in my prayers and I asked God to send me who he thought I needed. I wanted my rib! An hour after I prayed on October 16th at 8:37pm I receieved a message saying “Hey I noticed you from the group and I just wanted to say hello”... At first I was going to blow her off (😂) but I clicked on her profile and I heard God telling me she was the one!! Since the day we met we have been glued at the hip!

I told her we were going to a Christmas Party so she needed to look her best. With the help of her sister and bestfriend they did the set up at The Fountain in Rock Hill, SC (which is Jasmine’s favorite place). It was the holiday season so it was beautiful with the tree and lights. I drove us there and as we got closer I gave her some headphones and told her to close her eyes. After I guided her to the spot I told her to open her eyes and she was surrounded by our family and friends! I popped the question! She was so surprised she had NO IDEA that I had been planning this proposal for months! She said yes to being my forever on 12/06/2020!
