The Seelbach Hilton Louisville

We have 30 rooms reserved at The Seelbach. Transportation will be provided from The Seelbach Hotel to Hermitage Farms for the Ceremony and Reception. MAKING RESERVATIONS: Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by calling 1-800-333-3399 or booking online no later than September 10, 2025. Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as members of Rodes Bartz Wedding Block in order to receive the room rates that have been established for the Group. ROOM RATES: $189 per night for a Queen $199 per night for a King or 2 Double Beds PARKING: Hotel parking is available at the prevailing rates in a 1,000 car garage adjacent to the Hotel. Current Valet parking charges are $36.00 for overnight guests on a 24 hour basis, with in/out privileges and $22.00 flat fee for non-overnight guests on any day, at any time. The Hotel Provides Courtesy Airport Transportation.

The Brown Hotel

We have 10 room blocks at this hotel, just 2 blocks from The Seelbach Hotel, where the shuttle will pick up guests for the ceremony and reception at Hermitage Farms. Room Rates: $229 plus tax for a Deluxe King or 2 Beds MAKING RESERVATIONS: Please use the link provided (VIEW) to book directly through our room blocks. You can also call the hotel reservations department at (502) 583-1234 and please refer to the Rodes/Bartz Wedding Courtesy Block. PARKING: Parking is available at the garage adjacent to the hotel at a cost of $30.00 per night for self-parking, and $36.00 for valet parking. Parking rates are subject to change. Complimentary airport shuttle service between the hours of 6:00am – 11:00pm is provided by the Hotel.

We have 10 rooms reserved at this hotel. Transportation will be provided from the 21c Museum Hotel to Hermitage Farms for the Ceremony and Reception. ROOM RATES: $209 per night MAKING RESERVATIONS: Please use the link provided (VIEW) or contact 21c Sales Office directly and identify that you are booking with the Rodes Bartz Wedding Block group by calling 502.217.6311 or emailing lou.sales@21chotels.com. Reservations must be made by 9/17/25 to receive the room block rate of $209 per night.

If you're staying at an Airbnb or a hotel other than the Brown, Seelbach, or 21c and don’t plan to drive yourself to the venue, we highly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to either of the hotels and using the provided shuttles to and from the wedding. Rideshares from the venue may be very limited or unavailable.
