It was a dark and stormy night…Just kidding!!! It was a late summer evening when I arrived at the local Walmart. My intention was to pick up a few essential items and go straight home after an exhausting day at work. While I was there, I decided that I would make a quick trip to the electronics section to take a sneak peek at the tv’s (we have all done it, don’t judge). When I arrived at the electronics department I made a bee line to the televisions. Unbeknownst to me, I was being followed throughout the electronics department (I AM NOT EXAGGERATING!!!😉). When I finally caught him in the act he asked, “can I help you find anything?”, I immediately declined his help, but something (I think it was a lapse in judgement or sleep deprivation), made me change my mind and before I knew it, I asked for his expertise. Of course… his expertise did not involve discussing televisions, but was more like an intrusive invasion of my privacy along with an introduction of himself. His inquisitions were more focused on the lack of a wedding ring and inquiries regarding my phone number (he was spitting HARD game, ladies 😆); It worked! Honestly, it was a funny encounter, he was hilarious (if you know him then you know). I hadn’t laughed that hard in a loooong time…needless to say the rest is history, and we’re getting our happy ending.
