The elevation at Della Terra is 8296 ft, which is high enough to cause altitude sickness in some people, but only mild cases. The symptoms of altitude sickness can feel like a hangover (headache, fatigue, nausea, etc.) Staying a night at a lower elevation (like Denver) before going all the way up to Della Terra can reduce symptoms, if you are worried. There are also medications that can be prescribed by your doctor if you are worried about the effects. If you use a c-pap or other tools to help you breathe at night, make sure to bring those.
