Please RSVP as soon as possible! We would kindly appreciate that you take a crack at RSVPing by 11/01/25 -- if any plans change after that, please update your RSVP and let us know as soon as you're aware. Thanks so much!
The ceremony will be starting at 6PM. Please try to arrive by 5:30PM to ensure that you have time to get comfortable and seated! The museum closes at 5PM, so please arrive no earlier than 5PM.
While it's not very strict, our recommended dress code is cocktail-to-semi-formal attire, with a fantasy or space theme if you feel so inclined! We mainly want to make sure you all feel good in what you're wearing and are ready to get down when the dancing happens. That being said, if you have something fancy or cool that you don't get to wear very often, we encourage you to dress fancy, ~fantasy~, and fun in any way you think would fit with our wedding and who we are! The wedding party will be wearing Blues (Bride), Reds (Groom), and Purples (the couple) and we would love guests to rep their favorite colors as well! Fun fact: Those are our respective board game colors of choice!
The wedding will be entirely indoors, so you should be fine to wear an outfit without needing a jacket or coat (unless you want to go outside to stargaze using the observatory telescopes!).
Your RSVP should include any +1's (please let us know if your RSVP seems incorrect). We are not including additional +1's at this time (Jed).
Kids are absolutely welcome (and we hope they love Chabot as much as we do)! However, we do kindly ask for your help to preserve key moments during this special day, such as the ceremony and first dance. Should your child become disruptive, we request that you step away until they have settled. If you anticipate challenges, please consider making necessary arrangements in advance. Additionally, if your child does not appear when you RSVP, please let us know!

Please do! We have our handy dandy hashtag #Shamrock2026 and we would love to see the moments that you capture.
Once upon a time, we asked ourselves, what would our couple name be? Socio, Sacio, Samio, Ram, Rom? None of them sound any good at all. So we went back to basics, SamRocio, shortened it to SamRoc, and decided that sounded an awful lot like Shamrock, a clover. It stuck and we've used it as a shorthand ever since!
The link to submit your mini is: https://forms.gle/fFR5Jzt3g9pRYnRJA This form will provide you with short instructions on how to create a miniature on the Hero Forge website and allow you to send us the link to your creation. Once you have submitted your mini, Sam will 3D print it and bring it to the wedding! We want this creation to be a representation of you. This can be as literal or as artistic as you like, as long as you're happy with your creation. Please try to submit your creation by the end of December to guarantee that there's enough time to print it!
