The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm and we are kindly asking our guests to arrive about 20-30 minutes before the official ceremony proceedings begin. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be taking place outdoors.
We ask our guest to come in casual wedding attire that is comfortable enough to withstand the Arizona heat. However, you may want to bring along a sports jacket or a light sweater as the weather starts to drop at night.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm, followed by the cocktail hour from 6:00 pm - 7:00pm. Dinner will be served at 7:15 pm and we will be ending the night at about 11:30 pm.
The deadline is March 1st. You can RSVP through this website or by texting the bride and groom. Please let us know if you will be attending, or not, so that we can give our vendors a final headcount.
There will link to a room block at a discounted rate at the Hyatt Hotel just 15 minutes from the venue. There are a lot of places to stay in Arizona and there is no obligation to stay at this hotel if you'd like to make accommodation elsewhere.
Please let us know as soon as possible, we understand that plans change and will accommodate however we can.
As much as we love your kids and wish we could have them all there for our special day, we ask to please refer to your to your wedding invitations.
