Question
What is the date, time and location of the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Starting Gate at GreatHorse in Hampden, MA. The ceremony will take place in the Wedding Garden and will start promptly at 5:00 PM. In the event of any inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Sunset Deck. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony's start time, as we cannot guarantee seating after the ceremony begins.

Will there be parking or transportation?
Answer
There will be valet parking available. When pulling into the golf course, please continue along the road, past the clubhouse, to the last building on the left. The parking lot will be on the right, just before the driving range. Vehicles may be left on site overnight but must be picked up the following morning. We have arranged for charter buses to take guests to and from the hotels and venue. Please refer to our travel page for more information and to see the scheduled pickup/drop off times.

Where can I stay?
Answer
We have booked two hotel blocks at the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield. Please visit our travel page for more information. There are other options for hotels in the Springfield area, including the MGM Resort, where our afterparty will be held. Guests are also welcome to book their own Airbnb or Vrbo rental, though options in the area may be limited.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is formal/black tie optional (cocktail or floor-length dress, pantsuit, suit and tie). The ceremony will be outside (unless it rains), so please plan footwear and jackets accordingly. Coats may be checked after the ceremony. We want our guests to look and feel their best, so please feel free to reach out to the Bride if you have any specific questions about your attire.

Can I bring a plus one or my children?
Answer
We kindly ask that you adhere to the details of your RSVP page, which will name the members of your party along with any plus ones. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Bride.

Answer
You may RSVP here on our website by navigating to the "RSVP" page. If you have any questions or issues, please contact the Bride! Please RSVP no later than September 19th, 2025.

Will there be an afterparty?
Answer
For those who are 21+ and would like to keep the party going, we will be gathering at MGM in downtown Springfield, where there is a bar and casino. We will provide transportation to MGM from the wedding venue but will be unable to provide any further transportation from MGM at the end of the night.
