When is the deadline to RSVP?

The deadline to RSVP is October 10th, 2025.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm, so we are asking guests to arrive no later than 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested. As much as we love our comfy clothes, we want to see everyone dressed their best.

What is the inclement weather policy?

Answer

North Carolina weather can be very unpredictable. We never know if it's going to be 80 degrees and sunny or if we're going to get inches of snow. For this reason, our amazing venue has a plan for everything, no matter what the weather may bring. Be sure to check ahead and bring a sweater if needed, but otherwise we have you covered with heaters, blankets, and an indoor option, if necessary.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide transportation to and from the ceremony. While the venue will allow you to leave your car parked overnight should you party a little too hard, we ask that you plan your route home accordingly and use this as your last possible resort.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but unfortunately we ask that you leave the partying to the adults for the night. We have invited a few close family children, but otherwise we are asking that only kids 10 and up be included. However, we understand that life happens! If you need to bring your little one along, please let us know in advance.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking available, though we recommend carpooling if possible. There are a limited number of handicap accessible parking spots as well.
