Question

How is Colorado doing in terms of the coronavirus?

Answer

While we are definitely not medical experts we have been doing probably too much research and tracking of COVID-19 in Colorado and specifically Jefferson County. The good news is that Jefferson County is very low in case counts as of today. However, we obviously don't have a crystal ball (which we really could have used for the last few months) so we can't predict how things will look in the next few weeks. We welcome you to keep an eye on this as well and have found the following website to be tremendously helpful: https://www.jeffco.us/4007/COVID-19-Case-Summary

Question

Have you considered COVID-19 in planning your event?

Answer

More than you can imagine!! Based on the guidance from the State of Colorado and Jefferson County we are able to move forward with our wedding at our new venue. We are doing everything in our power to make the event space safe (i.e. assigned seating for the ceremony and reception, outdoor areas for mingling and dancing, etc). The venue will also have several hand sanitizing stations and masks available should guests need one. Our caterer will also be serving all food to our guests (there will be no self-serve) so you do not have to question who has touched what. We are also working with some of the best in the industry who are doing everything in their power to make sure weddings that are able to happen this year are as safe as possible for everyone involved. Please know that your health and safety are paramount to us and if you do not feel comfortable travelling to or attending our wedding we completely understand and will see you as soon as possible!

Question

You have a new venue - is there parking at this one?

Answer

Yes, our venue has 60 parking spaces for guests but we ask that if you choose to drive please assign a DD for your group in advance. Cars can be left at the venue overnight but must be picked up by 10am the next day. Uber and Lyft are available to get to/from our event and we have organized a shuttle to take guests from the venue to The Origin Hotel where uber/lyft should be much easier to access. The shuttle will run at 8, 9 and 10 pm and guests will be require to wear a mask while on the shuttle.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation included "and Guest" then yes, if not, we would prefer it was just you.

Question

Are the kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do. But we want tonight to be your night off! If you are coming in from out of town and are in need of childcare please reach out and we can help to coordinate.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. But we really just want you to feel like your best self, ready to tear up the dance floor!

Question

What about my dietary restrictions?

Answer

The dinner portion of the night will be a "build your own taco bar" so what you eat is fully customized to you and your needs. Our caterer is one of the best and fully understands the needs of every individual and has ensured us all known dietary needs can be met (vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free). If you have any other concerns, please contact us and we will help to make sure your needs are met.
