Will COVID testing be required?
Answer
No, if you don’t feel good simply don’t come and be courteous to others health.

No, we want to see all your beautiful faces!

Will you guys book our stay?
Answer
No, it is your responsibility to make sure your stay is booked to your liking.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
No, please rent a car if you need one to get around and note that rental cars get booked out fast here in Georgia, so plan accordingly.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
Please inform the bride or groom ASAP unless you want to receive an no show invoice. Weddings aren't cheap and a lot has gone into making this perfect night a reality.

will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Please plan accordingly for it will be November in the mountains and can get quite chilly.

How does parking work? Is parking free?
Answer
There is a gate that you will go through to enter the grounds. You can park anywhere you'd like as it will be first come first serve and free!

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages for that hour.

Does your wedding have a theme?
Answer
No, the attire will be semi-formal :) Please no jeans.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive 30 min before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly invitation only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP as soon as possible. The latest date to reply will be 09/12/2022.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
We will have two signature cocktails available during cocktail hour with light snacks. Dinner will consist of Italian cuisine with a choice of beer or wine for a tip at the bar with our bartender!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
Answer
Please don't take any centerpieces from the table without consulting with the bride first please.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #rochain321 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Drinks have already been pre-selected, please go see the bartender for the list. Bartender will also be keeping all of her tips at the end of the night, so give her some love :)
