In 2018, William and Kimberly were both working for Trans States Airlines—William as a first officer and Kimberly as a flight attendant. They had worked together on a flight, but neither of them found the courage to strike up a conversation. Months went by, and after seeing each other a few more times at work, they finally crossed paths again at Chicago O’Hare Airport. This time, they exchanged a warm "hello" and sat down to talk. From the moment they started conversing, it was clear they had a connection, and they quickly exchanged phone numbers. A few weeks later, they made plans to hang out outside of work. They decided to go axe throwing in St. Louis, and the chemistry between them was undeniable. They didn’t want the night to end, so they explored a few more places downtown, including Start Bar and 360, continuing to talk and enjoy each other's company. After that first date, they saw each other every weekend. Kimberly eventually moved to Denver for work, but William visited her on weekends, and together they explored Colorado’s stunning landscapes. Their bond grew stronger, and when Kimberly returned to St. Louis months later, they made their relationship official. In the following months, they flew a few trips together before both switching jobs. Their relationship progressed quickly—meeting each other’s families, going on vacations, and eventually moving in together. They also adopted Archie in 2020 and his sister Daisy in 2024. They always knew they wanted to settle down in Kimberly's small hometown and, four years into their relationship, they made it happen. Their plans for the future were simple but meaningful: owning land, raising plenty of dogs, traveling as much as possible, and enjoying life together. "We really have become a family over the years," Kimberly says. "From the start, we knew we were in love. We shared the same dreams, enjoyed the same things, and just felt at home with each other. We love hiking, traveling, trying new experiences, and, above all, spending time together as a family

Kimmie was born in San Jose, California, but raised in Missouri. She is the youngest and favorite daughter of Mary and David Rocha and the sister of Stephanie and Jenny Rocha. Kimmie loves her morning coffee, playing sports, dancing, blasting music, indulging in sweets, and tackling home projects. Bill was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Cissna Park, Illinois. He is the oldest son of Janice and Jack Brophy and the brother of John Brophy. Bill enjoys flying airplanes, playing with the dogs, going on walks, drinking V8 Energy Drinks, and waking up early. Together, Kimmie and Bill live in the small town of Moscow Mills, MO, with their beloved Labradors, Archie and Daisy. They enjoy spending time with family, going on long walks, traveling, and trying new experiences together.
