Airports to Fly Into

Below are all great choices for airports if you are coming from outside the Bay Area.

SFO is located approximately 2 hours by car away from Cloverdale, CA.

OAK is located approximately 2 hours by car from Cloverdale.

Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport

Charles Schulz is a smaller airport with less flight options, but is located only 30 minutes away from Cloverdale.

Places to Stay

Here are a few choices for places to stay around our wedding venue, including 2 hotels we have booked room blocks and shuttles for, as well as alternative options for those who want something different!

Thatcher Hotel

We have booked a block of rooms for the night of July 15th-16th. The Thatcher Hotel is approximately 20 minutes away from the venue by car, and our shuttle will be picking up and dropping off at the Thatcher. Please keep in mind that check-in is at 3pm and our shuttles will be picking up around 3:30pm. You are welcome to also stay at the Thatcher Hotel the night before the wedding if you would like more time. If you are having trouble booking online, please call them!

Geyserville Inn

We will also have shuttles going to and from the Geyserville Inn. We have booked a block of rooms of various sizes for the night before AND night of the wedding, July 14th-16th. Please call to book at the number listed and mention you would like to book under the ‘Evens~Dacre Wedding Room Block’ to receive the discounted rates.

If you would like to rent a house or alternate accommodation from our hotel blocks, there are many great options in the beautiful wine country surrounding our venue. Look for places to stay in Cloverdale, Geyserville, Hopland, and Healdsburg.

Getting To and From Mountain House Estate

We'll be real - Our venue is tucked away in the mountains up a windy road! So here are a few ideas on how to get to and from our wedding, because Uber and Lyft will not be your friends up there. Trust us, it'll be worth it :)

There will be shuttles going to the venue from our reserved hotel blocks (Thatcher Hotel and Geyserville Inn) before and after our wedding. Shuttles will arrive at Mountain House Estate around 4:00pm, and departing at 10pm, 10:30pm, and 11pm.
