When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st so we can plan accordingly. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you can’t make it (and we’ll miss you!).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that all guests arrive at the venue by 3:45 PM and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

We are requesting all guests wear cocktail attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel recommendations and additional details listed on the Travel page. Nearby options include the Hampton Inn and the Holiday Inn Express.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the venue, as well as the afterparty!

What is the transportation schedule?

Answer

We’ve arranged transportation options for both the evening and afterparty, as well as earlier departure options for guests heading out before the end of the night. Please see the details below for times and pickup locations. 3:30 PM - Depart hotels for The Harper 9:00 PM - Depart The Harper for hotels 10:30 PM - Depart The Harper for hotels, then VooDoo Brewing 12:30 AM - Depart VooDoo Brewing for hotels 2:00 AM - Depart VooDoo Brewing for hotels

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to drive, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight and pick them up the next morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When selecting your menu choice, please choose ‘Other’ and write in your request. We’ll be in touch with additional options to make sure you’re taken care of.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in our immediate families. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
