Lady Slipper hiking trail
Lady's Slipper is situated 27km out of Port Elizabeth just off the N2 towards Cape Town. On the N2 take the van Stadens Pass / Uitenhage off ramp. Travel in the direction of Uitenhage for about 5km. One of our favourite hikes with a stunning view not to be missed!
Pappiesfontein Horse Riding
Just 10 km outside Jeffreys Bay and 70 km from Port Elizabeth, between the Gamtoos and Kabeljous rivers. This is where it all started.. Horse riding is one of our favorite things to do. A sunset ride is a must do!
Kragga Kamma Game Park
A game park situated in Port Elizabeth with a self-drive game viewing.
Addo Elephant National Park
30min drive just outside of Port Elizabeth. Activities at Addo abound – from self-drive game viewing, guided game drives and 4×4 trails to short walks and longer overnight hikes or simply bird watching or relishing in a relaxing spa treatment. Getting to the Park: Via the N2 and Paterson: When driving from Port Elizabeth, it is recommended to use the N2 highway and the route via Paterson to reach the park. Two Main Gates: You can enter the park through the Main Entrance Gate (the more popular access point for the Addo Rest Camp), or the Matyholweni Gate.
