Where is the venue located?
Answer
The venue is called Hyla Brook Estate located at 140 Rockingham Rd Derry, NH 03038. The ceremony and reception will both take place at this location. A room block has been provided at the Artisan Hotel in Salem, NH. Please go to the travel tab on our website to book directly and to get a discount on your room.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal attire for the evening. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie.

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However the deadline is June 10th 2025. Our vendors require us to provide the final head-count by this date. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors - please plan accordingly. Cocktail hour will also take place outdoors, but the indoor space will be available for guests to cool off if needed. These events will be followed with dinner and dancing indoors in the venue's reception building.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We ask everyone to be fully present and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments.

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes early to get settled before the wedding begins.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at our venue.
