The initial spark between Robyn and Tomás, happened at the teams gym in Bodø. Tomás was training the men's team and Robyn entered the gym to do a recovery session. When he approached her, he started speaking to her in rapid Norwegian, signaling they were almost finished. When Robyn clarified that she didn't understand, Tomás's response was a disarming, "Good, me either." The moment broke the ice, leading to a natural, 45-minute conversation after his team left. That chat ended with an exchange of numbers, which led to a first date that stretched into a second on the very same day. From that point on, they were inseparable. As their time in Bodø concluded, their relationship was tested by a long-distance move. Robyn moved to Portugal for her next professional opportunity, while Tomás headed to southern Norway for his first coaching role with a top first team. Every month became an adventure, with their romance unfolding across different countries and cities, exploring the world one rendezvous at a time. Eventually, Robyn's season in Portugal ended, bringing her to Tomás's side in Norway. They lived together while she explored new playing opportunities, driven by a shared desire to be closer. Their time together in Norway continued until Tomás received an exciting career offer in Denmark to coach for the prestigious AGF team. Without hesitation, Robyn pursued a trial for the women's AGF squad, earning a spot on their team soon after. The move to Denmark became a joint decision, solidifying their commitment to both their careers and each other. There, in their new shared home, they continued to build a life filled with new adventures, deeper family connections, and unforgettable memories. Even an ocean apart could not weaken their bond. When Robyn had to return to the U.S. due to injury, she and Tomás continued to grow their relationship from a distance. That fall, Tomás flew to visit her and her family, with the ultimate surprise.
