BWI
BWI is the closest airport (and amtrak station). Depending on what time of the day you arrive, it is only about a 45-minute drive/uber ride to Kent island. National (DCA) is only 35 miles away, but DC traffic is unpredictable and can be brutal, so I'm not even going to give you a time estimate. You would probably regret flying to Dulles (IAD).
