If you are staying at a hotel downtown listed on the accommodations page it is recommended to stay parked at your hotel and walk over. There is no reserved parking at the venue. If you need to park closer to the venue or not staying at a hotel nearby here are the recommended parking garages near the venue. There are also parking lots near by and street parking. All parking options require paid parking. Street parking is only required to be paid until 7 pm and then it is free. Both the ceremony and the reception will take place inside. We understand the August heat can be brutal so we wanted to make sure everything was in the AC. You do have the option of going out on the GRAMs terrace but no alcohol or glass is permitted outside. No smoking is permitted on the terrace you must go down the stairs by Rosa parks circle to smoke.
The ceremony is open seating, please sit where ever you like, besides the seats that say reserved. The reception is assigned seating, please see the mirror next to the champagne wall for your table number. Please do not go to your reception seat until after the ceremony
You can either mail it directly to us from our registry on Zola or Amazon or bring it to the wedding. We will have a gift/card table for you to place items on located as you walk down the hallway towards the ceremony space
