We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us in colorful formal attire! Suggestions for the ladies include floor-length gowns, maxi or midi dresses, fancy jumpsuits or dressy pantsuits. For men, a suit and tie is perfect. A tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred! When choosing attire, please take into consideration that our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on a grassy lawn. We suggest women wear flats, wedges, or chunky heels to prevent heels from sticking into the ground!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those specifically indicated on your invitation. If you received a plus one, your envelope would state "(your name) and (guest)" or "(your name) and (guest name)."
We ask that you plan to between 4:00-4:15pm to allow time to find a seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.
Yes! Our venue has ample parking (120 spots, so plenty!). Cars can be left overnight, and must be picked up by 10am the next morning, Sunday, September 14. Please be aware that the parking lot is a gravel lot.
While we love your kids, we've decided that our wedding is an adults only event. We hope that you are able to take the opportunity to have the night off and enjoy celebrating with us!
Yes! There will be school buses for transportation to/from the hotels and the venue. At 3:30pm, one bus will be staged between the Hilton and Courtyard Annapolis and a separate bus will be staged at the Springhill Suites. Both buses will depart their respective hotels around 3:45pm. One bus will be at the venue for early guest departure around 9pm. Once the reception ends at 10pm, both buses will be present at the venue to go to Coconut Joe's for afterparty drop-off before continuing to all three hotels. Note bus service will not be provided once the afterparty "ends".
Please RSVP no later than July 26!
