That is OKAY! We know this is not the most convenient time or place. While we would love to see you, we are more than happy to celebrate with you another time! ¡Está bien, no es necessario! Podemos celebrar contigo otri día.

Not at all! Just wear what makes you happy. The coast can be a little chilly so just keep that in mind! Usa algo que te guste. No es formal. Es possible que haga frío.
