Our ceremony and reception will take place at The Court of Two Sisters in the French Quarter. The entrance is located at 613 Royal St, New Orleans, LA.
While we are still hammering out the final details, the ceremony will be in the early evening and the reception will go until around 10pm.
The seating at our reception is unassigned and totally open! New Orleans receptions are typically not seated dinners, but consist of heavy passed items and open buffets with plenty of food and drink options. The reception is a dynamic and social atmosphere that allows guests to move freely about the reception space. Seating is left open for guests to choose their own seats whenever you feel like eating or simply enjoying the beautiful courtyard. We encourage you to move around and mingle with friends, take some photos at the photo booth, and join us on the dance floor!
Please visit the Travel webpage for information on recommended hotels. If you are not staying in one the hotel blocks we would recommend staying in the French Quarter (very close to all the action), the Central Business District (CBD), or Mid City.
There is no group transportation option from the recommended hotels. The reception venue is a 7 minute walk from the hotels, so we encourage travel by walking, pedicab, and Uber.
Please be aware that this will be an adults-only wedding. However, We love our tiny humans and our friends who have tiny humans. Because this is a destination wedding we would like to offer help in getting local babysitters in New Orleans. More information to come.
