Please arrive by 3:30pm. We will be walking down the aisle at 4:00pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors! Please plan accordingly i.e sweaters etc.

How should I plan to get to the venue?

Answer

Please use rideshare unless coming from La Quinta... We will be providing transportation to and from the La Quinta Resort and the venue since there is no parking at the Bougainvillea Estate Empire Transportation Pick up window for shuttle at La Quinta main entrance: 2:45 - 3:20PM Pick up from venue to La Quinta: 9:00PM - 10:30PM
