Travel Note
Fruitland to Snow Hill is 25 minutes. Ocean Pines to Snow Hill is 25 minutes. Ocean City to Snow Hill is 35-45 minutes depending on where your hotel is. The wedding is in Snow Hill. There are some very small bed and breakfasts in town- very small town so accommodations are limited. There is an area called Ocean Pines that has a number of houses on Homeaway and airbandb for rent. We have rented a house there for the wedding. The hotels would be located in Salisbury (where Katy lives) or Ocean city area. We have had really poor success in staying at hotels in Salisbury- expensive and not good. We tried several of the “good chains” in northern Salisbury and had very bad experiences. I looked at the ones on Route 50 (route 50 and route 13) which we have stayed at- Sleep In and Country Inn but they are older now and the reviews are not good. The one we have had good success with is the Hampton Inn and Suites. If you stay here you would jump on the bypass and go up to Snow Hill Road (route 12) and take that into Snow Hill.
