Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are specifically named on the invitation and listed upon RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our children?
Answer
While we love our little ones and hope to celebrate with them soon, we are limiting our festivities to adults only, with the exception of children taking part in the ceremony.

Is there parking or can I order an Uber/Lyft home from the venue?
Answer
There will be parking available, so guests are more than welcome to carpool, drive, or rent car a if you are traveling from out of town. Since the venue is in a more remote location, Uber/Lyft are not prevalent in the area yet. We’ve been advised to tell guests that pre-ordering Ubers home from the venue at night is also not a reliable method. We are providing two buses to shuttle guests from the Clarion Hotel to Sylvanside Farm and back to the Clarion Hotel for guests that may be drinking or are otherwise unable to drive. Seating is first come and not reserved.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding will be cocktail attire. Examples include a suit and tie, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, or maxi dresses. Sylvanside Farm venue is a wedding venue and a real farm, so please be prepared to navigate uneven surfaces, gravel and grass. For your comfort, the venue recommends flats, wedges, or block heels, rather than stilettos for safety and comfort. Trust us, your feet will thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm Eastern Time. So, we strongly recommend arriving early between 4:00pm and 4:15pm! The road through the venue to the parking lot passes by the ceremony site. To ensure no disruptions, the venue does not allow any cars through once the ceremony begins (no exceptions). After the ceremony ends, the cars will be permitted to come through. Upon arriving to the venue, all parking will be in the parking field and the end of the gravel drive. Please drive slowly and exercise caution to ensure your safety and that of other guests. Sylvanside staff are happy to assist any guest with a golf cart to facilitate moving about the farm. Please don’t hesitate to request a ride or let them know of any mobility needs throughout the evening.

What if I have a food allergy?
Answer
