When is the wedding?

June 13th, 2025. Please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to allow ample time for required onsite shuttle transportation to the ceremony.

Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
Rancho Bellasanté - 24351 Carancho Road, Temecula, CA 92593. For the smoothest route, we recommend exiting the 15 via Rancho California Road. While Clinton Keith Road is an option, it leads to a rough dirt road that may be difficult to navigate.

What’s the dress code?

Formal cocktail attire. Think chic and polished — suits for gentlemen, cocktail or midi-length dresses, and sophisticated ensembles for ladies.

Upon arrival at the venue, guests will be shuttled to the ceremony location. Please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to allow ample time for onsite shuttle transportation to the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will take place entirely outdoors. The weather is currently projected to be in the low 80s during the day, so please dress comfortably. For your convenience, we’ll have shaded areas, rest spaces, and plenty of water available throughout the day. As the evening will cool down, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. We’ll be celebrating on grass, so we suggest opting for block heels, wedges, or flats over stilettos.

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking provided.

Do you have a hotel block or accommodations nearby?
Answer
Please refer to our "Travel" page for details on nearby hotel/shuttle accommodations and recommendations. If you'd like to rent an Airbnb, you are more than welcome to do so. We do not have any specific room blocks curated.

Welcome Party - Food & Drink

We’ll be serving a selection of drinks and appetizers throughout the celebration. Kindly note that a full dinner will not be provided, so we recommend enjoying a meal beforehand.

Shuttle Clarification
Answer
You’ll notice two different shuttles mentioned across our website. The first was an optional shuttle (which has been cancelled, sadly) running from the general hotel area to the venue. Once at the venue, a second onsite shuttle—this one required—will take you from the parking area (where the first shuttle drops off) to the ceremony location.
