Yes! Unless the weather does not permit, then it will be indoors.

There will be patio heaters available if the weather calls for them. The restroom facilities are heated/cooled.

Will there be a far walk from the parking lot to the ceremony?

Not far, there will also be shuttles taking you from the vehicles to the ceremony site.
