Where are the ceremony and the celebration taking place?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be at Disney's Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian Resort. Our celebration will be immediately after the ceremony at the Grand Floridian's Marina Patio and Terrace. Signs and cast members will be there to guide you to both locations.

Will the ceremony and celebration be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be indoors, while the celebration will take place outdoors (weather permitting).

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The address for the Grand Floridian Resort is 4401 Floridian Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Please let the cast member at the gate entrance know that you are here for the Robinson/ Akin Wedding, and they will assist you on where to park and go.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. If you are planning on bring your children to Walt Disney World and you are staying at a Disney resort, please call Disney's babysitting services at 800-696-8105 to schedule a babysitter.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 1st. You can RSVP on this website by clicking "RSVP" above and typing your name in.
Question
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
We do not have a hotel block, but we recommend you stay on Disney property. Tim Elrod, our travel agent and lifelong friend, will be happy to help you find the perfect room for your budget. His email is tim@travelmation.net. We have friends and family staying at the Polynesian Resort, Coronado Springs Resort, and Pop Century Resort. Every resort is amazing, and you will receive private transportation to and from the wedding if you stay on-site. If you choose to stay off- property, Tim is also able to book your rooms and recommend hotels (his services are free).

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes! Please let us know of any limitations you may have prior to June 1st.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We want you to dress in what makes you feel the most beautiful and comfortable! Our family is dressing in "summer formal," which includes: summer suits with linen shirts, longer flowing dresses, and comfortable shoes- we welcome you to join them in their "summer formal" attire.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Because our wedding will be in the late evening, we suggest that you eat an early dinner beforehand. Some nearby restaurants that we recommend are Ohana (at the Polynesian Resort), Grand Floridian Cafe (at the Grand Floridian), and California Grill (at the Contemporary Resort). Our Celebration menu will consist of Disney favorites (mickey waffles, cheeseburger egg rolls, etc.)

Where are you registered?
Answer
Your presence is gift enough, but if you would like to give us a wedding gift, we are registered at Zola, Target, and Honey Fund.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, yes! Please let us know before June 1st if you are staying on-site so that we can reserve the correct transportation.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media? Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be unplugged- please silence and put away your phones while in the Wedding Pavilion. We welcome all of the pictures at the celebration, and ask that you share them with us!

When will the celebration end? Will there be an after-party?
Answer
The celebration will end at 10:00. There will be an after-party at Trader Sam's Tiki Bar at the Polynesian resort!
