We have coordinated a discount at the Hilton DoubleTree, but the Fairmont or Courtyard Marriott are also nearby.

The food will be buffet style and there will be gluten free / vegetarian options available. Please let us know ASAP if you have any other restrictions.

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

The most convenient parking is the Vibe parking lot to the east of the venue, priced at $16/day. There is also paid street parking nearby, as well as free parking next to the Russian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Barbara (https://maps.app.goo.gl/b8EaPLtLcZ8giVqn9) subject to availability.
