Gaye Holud (Haldi/Wedding Shower)

3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Ladies can wear yellow, green, and coral saris or dresses, and men can wear Kurtas of any color. This a Wedding shower event (Holud or Haldi) in Bengali and Hindi. The yellow color is associated with turmeric, which is used symbolically at this event.

We start early at 3 PM to enjoy some of the sunlight, music, dance, appetizers, and early dinner. Parking available in the clubhouse parking lot. There is no charge for parking.

Walima/Boubhat Reception

4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Festive saris and dresses for the ladies, and suits for the gentlemen.

We want to start early around 4 with appetizers, followed by music, dinner, and dance. There may be some surprise performances as well. Free parking is available on the hotel lot for party guests, but overnight parking has a charge.
