June 24th, 2017, our first date, putt-putt golf at Parkland Putters. We played 2 games and kept it real casual but sweet. No pressure, just fun. Good conversation just getting to know a little about each other. In our second game, we made a bet. Winner picks the second date, and the loser pays 😂😂 On our second date, we saw All Eyes On Me. Since then, we've pretty much been inseparable. In 7 months, we were officially living together. We've had to overcome obstacle after obstacle, starting early on in the relationship. Obstacles, most couples wouldn't make it through. But, we knew that our relationship was worth the fight, so we kept fighting. Through the years, we've learned who our supporters and true friends are. In Novemer, he planned a special birthday trip for me to Vegas, where he proposed on my birthday. It was very intimate and special. We were heading back to our hotel from the hotel we had an amazing dinner, and as we got on the down escalator he ran down to the bottom and as I was coming down he was on one knee with the ring out. 💍 I said yes, obviously, and we will be getting married on the 5th anniversary of our first date, June 24th, 2022.
